Children are an heritage of the Lord: and the fruit of the womb is His reward. Psalm 127:3
When a women comes to know that there's a new life beginning in her womb, the joy that fills her heart is immeasurable. Her thoughts are filled with beautiful imaginations, day by day. Whenever her friends and family asks her of the little life in her womb, her face shines with a blissful smile. Her life, from that moment, will change and all her daily chores will be centered in the well-being of that little life. She does not run fast, does not expose herself to unhealthy places, does not take junk foods, does not take heavy dose medicines and would avoid stress. She will eat some special food items which she knew will give good health to her little wonder that is growing in her. What not, she will be very much cautious in all her activities. Though she undergoes pain during her pregnancy, when the child is born all the pain that she laboured will disappear like a vapour.
When a woman is giving birth, she has sorrow because her hour has come, but when she has delivered the baby, she no longer remembers the anguish. John 16:21
When the child grows, the joy of the mother grows but with much responsibility. Children are prone to changes in their behaviour and character. They are like an empty vessel wide open to be filled by anything, be it good or bad. A mother's role and responsibility in the early stages of a child's life is more important. When the child was in her womb she cared in all the way possible for the physical growth of it. But now the care is needed both for the body of the child and for the life inside the child, which is the Soul. Most mothers provide the best physical care for their children and they even save wealth for their children's future. But they miserably fail to care for the Soul of their children. Doing so, they themselves kill the joy they once had when that little life started in their womb.
